We have been having hot and dry weather again but it looks like rain is on the way, as well as cooler weather. Our dog has been very sick and yesterday I had to take her to the animal hospital and have her put down. Then I cremated her remains in the back yard. I was just out side and collected her ashes and I will inter them in our family plot at the cemetery. Our Kris now will have a dog and a cat sharing the grave with her. Such is life; it always hurts to lose a dear animal.
